Chippie HI

More scraps. Plain blue card-use textured if you want. Measure a scrap of striped paper and tear the bottom about an inch and a half up from the edge. Ink in blue. Trio tape to the card front. Take a square of card stock and distress the edges. Ink. Take a bigger square of card stock and do the same. Make sure that whatever chippies you chose will fit inside the middle square. Use a Sizzix alphabet and cut out chip board H and I and do the same with matching card stock (preferably textured). Pop dot in the square and tape on left of card.

Add two or three small brads at the bottom right. Then take a lenghth of ribbon and tie or use a Trio to lay across the top. If you use the Trio, then use another scrap to fake tie a bow and snot dot it on the right. Ta da! Easy as pie.
